Comparing Apples and Oranges

There are three crates all of which are labeled wrong. One labeled apples, one oranges and the other apples and oranges. You may open one crate. You may not look inside. You may take out one fruit. You may not feel around. Looking at that fruit you should be able to correctly label all the boxes. Which crate do you open and how do you re-label them?
