Take Me to the River

There are four people on one side of a river. They all want to get to the other side. They have a boat that can fit only 2 people at a time. Each individual can row across in the respective times of 1, 2, 5 and 10 minutes. If two people are in the boat, the slower person will row. No one can swim and all must make it across. How do you do it in 17 minutes?
