St. Patty's Parade
Every year in a small town a group of men get together on St. Patrick's Day for the parade and walk down the streets in file. One of the members had recently died. So when they went on the parade there was an empty spot. They normally went down the street in rows of 10. With the one member missing there was one row with only 9. They decided to regroup. They knew they couldn't be in rows of 11 so they tried 9 and there was still one empty spot. 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 and 2 in a row all left them with one row having one empty spot. So they went down the parade single file. What is the least amount of people in the parade?
